Our staff focus on serving in three ways: 

1) We serve Jesus.  We're not here to serve ourselves or gain recognition for what we do. 

2) We serve our community.  We meet needs & share the hope that is only found in Christ Jesus.
3) We serve our volunteer teams. Big Creek started out of a desire to create a real, relevant, and relational mission trip for a group of churches.  The "realness" of the initial mission caused explosive growth. 21 years later the mission is still real, relevant, and relational. We believe this type of mission trip is most impacting on every participant who serves with us.

Instead of rambling on about ourselves, we thought it may be helpful to let some of our group leaders share their experiences with us.
